Ever wondered what to do with that Halloween pumpkin you've just hollowed out? Well here's an easy and tasty treat that you can make as a great snack.
NB: If Susan and Tammy are reading here, keep in mind that parental supervision is recommended...(;-o)!
For each cup of cleaned pumpkin seeds; you need the following:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Melt butter in a large saucepan.
Add seeds and spices; toss to coat.
Spread seeds on a large cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan. Do not pack or stack them.
Bake about 15-20 minutes or so, stirring often, until they're browned and crisp.
